This service is worth R110. For In-person delivery for areas around Durban CBD and Pinetown, the transportation fee depends on the location.

DELIVERY-SOUTH AFRICA

Standard Delivery: We courier with Postnet-to-Postnet. It will take up to 3-4 working days for the crown to be ready, 7-10 days for bespoke crowns and a maximum of 2-3 working days for the crown to be deliverd at a Postnet branch nearest to you. This service is worth R110. For delivery to Durban CBD the service is worth R110 as well and R70 for areas in and around Pinetown. For deliveries out of the mentioned parameters, an additional fee will be charged.

ORDER PROCESS

Send a refernce picture of the crown you want to order be it from our work or a bespoke design via our whatsapp number +27 764 401 351. Make a full payment for crown orders below R1500. A 50% deposit is required for crown orders above R1500. Orders via our website require a full payment. If you order via our social media send proof of payment once payment is made and the name of the Postnet branch to ship to, to the number shared above.

WORLD WIDE DELIVERY

Delivery prices vary depending on the country to ship to and on the size of the order required. Please see checkout for accurate prices. If you require an express service, contact us for further details via our contact number or help help email. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.

At Ndlunkulu The Queen we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our return policy simple. You can return or exchange selected goods bought from us withing 14 days from when you received it be that it is still in good condition when you recieved it.
