DELIVERY-SOUTH AFRICA

We courier with Aramex. It takes up to 3-4 working days for your crown order to be ready, 7-10 days for bespoke crowns and a maximum of 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered to your door. This service is worth R110. For areas out of regional areas (outskirt areas), an additional fee will be requested and you will be contacted to settle the payment of any additional fees incurred.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders via our website automatically have the shipping fee added to the total amount to be payed and they require a full payment. If you order via our website please send us a reference picture of the crown you want to order, this can also be a request for a bespoke crown, to +27 764 401 351. Make a full payment for crown orders below R1500. A 70% deposit is required for orders above R1500 and the 30% balance is to be paid upon completion of your order. Please send POP for orders via our whatsapp.

WORLD WIDE DELIVERY

Delivery prices vary depending on the country to ship to and on the size of the order required. Please email us the full details of your credentials and address including your zip code. It takes up to 2 days for us to give you feedback on a quote. You will be sent a payment link via PayFast to make your total payment for your order. Shipment details and weight are stipulated under the product descriptions. If you require an express service contact us for further details via our contact number +27 764 401 351 or email. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the order is sent out and delivered.

14 DAYS RETURN

At Ndlunkulu The Queen we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our return policy simple. You can return or exchange selected goods bought from us withing 14 days from when you received it be that it is still in good condition when you recieved it.
